Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, create an account along with your payment information.
Easy as 1.2.3, A) Enter your location and Drop off point. B) Select the Size of your Pick-up Truck. Submit Request C) Snap a pic of the item(s) with a few details
Users will be provided two codes throughout the transport (Start Code, End Code) These will need to be given tothe Driver upon Start and Completion of the Request.
The karggo app will rack your Driver, and notify you upon arrival Once transport is complete both users and drivers can rate each other.
Karggo is generally much more affordable than traditional delivery services. Every estimate is customized for the project. Your estimate will be determined by the size of truck you select, the total distance travelled, and the estimated time to complete your project. The majority of projects are completed before the max-time. If your project goes over the maximum time allowance (25 min), an overtime rate of $5 per 15 minutes will be charged until completion. The clock starts when the driver enters the Start PIN that the USER will provide. The clock stops when your item(s) have been safely delivered to the drop off location and the End PIN has been provided to the Driver.
Karggo transports just about anything, that won't fit in your car, within reason of course! Our purpose is to be your sidekick in transporting your items. Typical items would include furniture, electronics, boxes, crates, home goods, heavy supplies, etc. Although our list can go on, Please see Terms for an examplelist of items we DO NOT transport.
Karggo is a Self Service On-Demand transport service and Driver's are NOT required or paid to assist in lifting or loading items. if the Driver assist, it will be on their own terms and in good nature, Driver is only asked to secure the items within the truck bed.
Basic: 5 feet long +

Karggo offers an Insurance selection button at the Request Screen. By selecting the $3 Insurance, your items will be covered up to $2500. If not selected, your items will be covered up to $100.
Karggo App has a cancel button available up to the point of arrival. If you change your mind, hit the Cancel button. There will be no charge as long as a Driver has not accepted your Request. If a Driver has accepted, but not arrived, a $5 fee will apply. If the Driver has arrived and you choose to cancel, a 20% fee of the Estimated cost will apply.

Upon sign up, you will be prompted to provide a Credit/Debit card to keep on file for payment. Once a request has been submitted, a hold will be placed on the primary card provided, in the amount of the estimated delivery charge.
